The Topic will be: Setting Gymnastics for Jumper Training
For our April 9 lecture we are delighted to have Belinda Lloyd come to speak about setting gymnastics for various training goals. This meeting will be held at No Worries Farm (thank you Anne!) so that we can have hands-on instruction on how to actually set the grids.
Belinda is the resident trainer at Perry Hill Farm (www.perryhillfarms.com) and also trains and rides for many outside clients. Belinda grew up in pony club and the eventing world. She has since moved on to focus on training and showing jumpers. She has had numerous successes at the grandprix level, culminating in riding on 5 Austrialian Young Rider teams and producing competitive, clear rounds in World Cup Qualifiers.
Directions to No Worries Farm:
From Richmond, take I-64 West to exit 167 (Oilville). At the end of the exit ramp, take a right onto SR 617. Go 1/2 mile and take the third left to stay on SR 617 (Pin Hook Road). Go approximately 2-1/2 miles to the stop sign. At stop, take left onto Vontay Road. Go approximately 1/2 mile to No Worries Farm on right - 19290 Vontay Road. It's the last driveway on the right before going under the power lines.
