Dressage Awards will also be added:
- Four scores from each level are required.
- One score must be from the highest test at that level.
- Tests must have been judged by at least two different "L" level judges or higher.
- Intro, Training, First, and Second Level
Members present were Pat Martin, Charles Wendt, Cindi Highfill, Nicole Smith, Sherri Booye, Cathy Dewsbury and Brenda Simpson. Kelly Wendt also attended.
The Board members met at 6:30PM at Pat Martin’s home. The primary topics of discussion were the awards presentation meeting 02/07/2012 and the horse trial June 2-3,2012. At the awards program we will be taking several items to membership for approval, including the amount to allot for the hunter pace and clinicians. We are asking everyone attending to please bring a dish.
Congratulations to all our year end award winners. The awards ceremony will take place on February 7, 2012 at Cindi Highfill's house, 19443 Vontay Rd., Maidens, 23192.
Dinner is 6:30-7:30, and drawings for scholarships at 7:30 (remember, you have to be a current member to be eligible for a scholarship), then awards. We are asking everyone attending to please bring a dish.

We have also instituted a family member membership for a fee of $55. With the new cross country course we are building at Fox Tale Farm and the two free schooling days for members, this is worth the price of membership alone. Plus, we will be holding a show at Fox Tale in June. Be sure to join now for all the activities that are being planning for next year.
